Ask The Trainer: Is she ever going to answer my question?

I have gotten way behind in answering the "Ask The Trainer" emails that have come in over the last few months. I wish I had a really good excuse but, all I can say is that I'm sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience. I'll be posting some responses over the course of this week. I hope they are helpful to those who asked and all of you who happen to find them along your travels through the Internet. :)
